Norman Karlow, student intern from La Sierra University
Norman Karlow is a senior in the history department at La Sierra University in Riverside, California. An avid interest in travel and music has led him to actively study European history through the history department at La Sierra. Through the encouragement of his advisor Rennie Scheopflin and department chairman Ron Graybill, Mr. Karlow sought to broaden his academic experience by completing an internship at the California Museum of Photography, University of California, Riverside. It is the hope and goal of La Sierra University that its students will seek such experience in order to broaden a fundamental Christian education. The educational offerings include majors in the humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences, and are designed to provide a solid academic basis from which each student may actively compete in the job market.
