William McKinley

McKinley was born January 29, 1843, in Niles, Ohio.
He and vice presidential running mate, Garret A. Hobart defeated William J. Bryan
in 1896 to serve as president from 1897 to 1901.
Theodore Roosevelt served as McKinley's vice president in 1901.
