The UCR/California Museum of Photography is pleased to offer this exhibition to venues in California and beyond. It will be available to travel after October 1997 for 8 week presentations. The exhibition includes historical photographs, work by contemporary photographers offering a personal critical stance, several video tapes, enlargements associated with didactic text panels. Interpretive leaflets will be provided as well with essays by Curator, Kevin Jon Boyle and essayists Gloria Lothrop, Ph.D., W. P. Whitsett Professor of History at California State University, Northridge, and Arthur C. Verge, Ph.D., professor of history at El Camino College. The museum is also producing a world wide web site for this exhibition which will be augmented during the course of the traveling exhibition as an alternative forum for discourse.

  168 photographs in black aluminum frames with rag mat
        60 at 14"x16"
